Can Solution-Focused Motivational Coaching Help Me?

In Solution-Focused Motivational Coaching (SFMC) we do not look for deficiencies, shortcomings, flaws or faults that need to be ‘fixed’; nor do we diagnose and treat supposed ‘disorders’. Rather, we observe individuals for underlying strengths and resources they already possess but have somehow lost track of, and then help you develop strategies to reconnect.

SFMC utilizes certain patterns of speech, including specific words and phrases, to create a context in which change naturally occurs. It is not a formulaic process or protocol, but a free-flowing conversation based on principles of communication that bring forth potential solutions quickly and effectively.
